We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@pilatesspring.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Building 12, U Valley, Hongkuan 3rd Road, Fuqing District, Fuzhou, Fujian, China.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be noted if there is no quality problem of the products, you will need pay for the shipping cost for the return.

 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges 
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period 
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty

HengSheng Spring warrants and represents that the products listed below shall be free from defects in materials or workmanship for the duration of the warranty period for such product. This warranty extends only to the original Buyer. At HengSheng Spring's sole option, we will repair, replace, or refund the purchase price of any defective product covered by the foregoing warranty.

Any return of products to us pursuant to the foregoing warranty is sometimes referred to in these Terms and Conditions of Sale as a “Warranty Return.”

2 Years from date of Invoice - Pilates Springs

HengSheng Springs are limited warranty to 2 years from date of invoice, or after 3,000 hours of usage (whichever comes first) for springs used in Pilates Equipment. If, during this period, the spring is deformed, broken, rusted, or has other quality issues not attributable to human factors, we will replace or refund for the original purchaser. However, this does not apply if the spring is not used in accordance with the instructions.

90 day Warranty - Pilates Accessories

The fabric and upholstery on Pilates Accessories will be replaced if it fails under normal wear within 90 days of date invoiced. Proof of damage will be required. This warranty does not cover cuts, burns, stains, soiling, pet damage, damage to fabric caused by abrasive, corrosive or chemical cleansers, damage to fabric caused by zippers, snaps or other apparel adornments, or damage caused by other unreasonable use. If the identical fabric is not available, the Company will provide an equivalent fabric.

Exclusions
What is not covered: normal wear and tear; damage caused by failure to follow instructions, misuse, abuse, modification, unauthorized repair; scratches to the finish, or tears or indentations in the upholstery or foam, whether covered by upholstery or overmolded.

Exclusion of all other warranties: Except for the limited warranties detailed above, HengSheng Spring expressly disclaims all other warranties, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality or fitness for a particular purpose. HengSheng Spring assumes no responsibility whatsoever with respect to the use or disposition of its products by Buyer. No oral or written information or advice given by HengSheng Spring or any of its representatives shall create a warranty, whether express or implied, or in any way alter the scope of this exclusion of warranties. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the exclusions contained in this paragraph may not apply to you. In such event, any implied warranty shall be limited in duration to ninety (90) days from the date of invoice or to the minimum period prescribed by law. By accepting delivery of any product, buyer acknowledges and agrees that HengSheng Spring has made no representations or warranties, express or implied, to or for the benefit of Buyer which contradict any of the foregoing.
