All orders are shipped from address: Building 12, U Valley, Hongkuan 3rd Road, Fuqing District, Fuzhou, Fujian, China.

1. Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Air Shipping, for order over $90, we offer free shipping. And if not, it's only $6. Ship time is 8-15 work days.

2. Order Processing Time:

  • For in-stock item: orders are processed within 1-7 work days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • For pre-order item: the production time is 15-25 work days.

3. Order Tracking:

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Track your package on the carrier’s website or via your Shopify Order Dashboard.
  • If your tracking link shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, check:
    • Your mailbox, porch, or nearby safe location.
    • With neighbors or building management.
    • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.

4. International Orders & Customs:

  • Duties & Taxes: Import duties and customs fees (if applicable) are the recipient’s responsibility and due at the time of delivery. Check your country’s customs policies before ordering.
  • Address Accuracy: Ensure addresses are in English (or local language for non-English regions). We’re not liable for packages returned due to incorrect addresses; reshipping fees apply.

5. Return & Exchange:

Please check details in the warranty & return policy.

  • International Returns:
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
    • Exchanges: We’ll reship your new item free of charge once your return is processed.
All returns must be in original condition with tags attached.

6. Exceptions & Delays:

We’re not liable for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters, strikes, or customs delays.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Delays in payment verification (e.g., credit card holds).
