1. Shipping Methods:
- Standard Air Shipping, for order over $90, we offer free shipping. And if not, it's only $6. Ship time is 8-15 work days.
- For in-stock item: orders are processed within 1-7 work days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).
- For pre-order item: the production time is 15-25 work days.
3. Order Tracking:
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. Track your package on the carrier’s website or via your Shopify Order Dashboard.
- If your tracking link shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the package, check:
- Your mailbox, porch, or nearby safe location.
- With neighbors or building management.
- Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date for assistance.
4. International Orders & Customs:
- Duties & Taxes: Import duties and customs fees (if applicable) are the recipient’s responsibility and due at the time of delivery. Check your country’s customs policies before ordering.
- Address Accuracy: Ensure addresses are in English (or local language for non-English regions). We’re not liable for packages returned due to incorrect addresses; reshipping fees apply.

All returns must be in original condition with tags attached.
